Serra Malagueta to Silver Beach (panoramic route)
This almost effortless route leads up an old but well maintained pass to a mountain ridge, where magnificent, panoramic views are assured. After an interestingly varied descent, coconut palms welcome you onto the silver-grey sands of the beach. With colourful fishing boats and nets spread out to dry, the scene has a dreamlike quality and the innocence of a bygone age.
